Kings Cross Central, Eastern Goods Yard

The development and regeneration of The Eastern Goods Yard, Kings Cross is one of Central London’s most significant rejuvenations, developed by Argent Kings Cross Ltd Partnership at an estimated cost of £170 million. The new development consists of a new campus for the Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design along with retail areas, leisure facilities, offices and public spaces. 

Elite were heavily involved in the supply of ironmongery to several buildings within Pancras Square; 1,2,3,4 and 7 Pancras Square – The Stanley Building, which forms part of a development linked with the Grade II Listed Stanley Building. All three are first class office buildings with an unrivalled location at the gateway to King’s Cross.
